Q:Is there a bottom?
A:Yes, there is.
Q:Does this rust ?

Q:how do you keep water bottle on it?
A:For rabbits, the correct way to give them water is out of a bowl, similar to what they would find in nature. Therefore, I use a bowl and not a bottle.
Q:could you put two together?
A:I don't know why you couldn't put two together as long as there was sufficient support under the pen. I use mine with neonatal kittens and usually start out using only two panels per side, then add more panels as they grow.
Q:Can this be used for small kittens? 3-4 week old needing to litter train
A:It's about 18.1 inches tall and small kittens cannot jump out over it, I think. After your built it up, you can litter train 3-4 week old kittens in it. Hope this helps.
Q:Can this pen be used for small dogs?
A:It is not recommended to use this for small dogs.
