Well built, heavy duty top bar. Top bar is one piece. Easy to put together. We just purchased this garment rack. Putting it together took less then 2 minutes. No tools are needed (the wheels are already mounted). The top bar is oval so it has more strength then just a round bar. The top bar is also all one piece from upright to upright so there is no sagging. Some of those two piece top bars sag at the joint. The uprights are slightly bent in before you put on the top bar. This puts tension on the uprights when you put on the top bar, so there is no wobble. The wheels are 2-3/4 in diameter so they roll easily on light carpet, like throw rugs (could be an issue on very blush carpet). All together, well pleased with it....View More
